- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Being an "out of towner" whose pet Belle became quite ill, I went into town looking for a vet to check out my cat quickly...I was told flat out there were no openings for her at all...even though there was one pet dog in there being treated at the time...I was brushed off without a second thought and would have appreciated it if someone would have mentioned the name of another local vet who could have seen my sick Belle. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Great vet, extremely knowledgable. She has a great heart, volunteers her time for the spay/neuter clinic and the Yancey County Humane Society & Mitchell County Animal Rescue. I would strongly recommend her. If you're the sort of pet owner who takes poor care of your animal, she is not the vet for you.
